FAQ

Can I attend alone or only with a partner?

All Land & Sync workshops and private sessions are designed to be attended in pairs. This can be a romantic partner or a close friend—anyone with whom you feel a high level of mutual comfort and a shared desire to explore the art of touch.

Are the workshops and private sessions 'clothes off?'

No, these are not nude sessions. Most of the curriculum is taught while participants are fully clothed or professionally wrapped in a sheet. For specific portions of the training, such as body-to-body massage, we suggest wearing swimwear to maintain a comfortable, safe container while still allowing for skin-to-skin contact.

When you say 'sensual massage', do you mean that this will include genital touch?

It is important to clarify that none of our trainings or sessions include genital touch. We focus on learning embodied technical and sensual full-body touch techniques. Our goal is to help you master the intuitive skills and somatic resonance that translate seamlessly to all forms of intimate connection, without sex or orgasm being part of the workshop container.

Do I need any prior massage training?

Not at all. Our modality is built from the ground up to be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience level. We provide the foundational anatomical knowledge and technical precision you need to move from "doing" into a shared, creative flow.

What if I have an injury or a disability?

Injuries and disabilities are very welcome. Land & Sync is fundamentally about finding comfort and ease in any situation and in any body. We prioritize physical comfort by utilizing bolsters, backjacks, and pillows to ensure our floor-based practices are adapted to support your specific needs and abilities.
