Ivy

​Ivy is a somatic practitioner, intimacy coach, and the creator of Land & Sync. Holding a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy supported by a professional background in massage therapy and certifications in Somatic Sexology, her experience is complemented by advanced training in Somatic Experiencing and Relational Somatic Healing.

Ivy has spent years working professionally with individuals and couples at the intersection of trauma resolution, relational dynamics, and sensual embodiment. The modality she has created is the synthesis of over fifteen years of study across three distinct realms: trauma awareness, intimacy education, and foundational bodywork. 

The seeds of this unique modality were planted early in Ivy's study of Eastern bodywork, where she learned a foundational truth: healing is a shared resonance, not an act of physical martyrdom.

This principle of dual comfort and mutual healing became the bedrock of her practice. Weaving together the mechanics of bodywork with the deep nervous system regulation of somatic therapy, massage can become an expressive, electric, and deeply playful art form; but also a profoundly effective tool for embodied intimacy education and relational intelligence.
