Ivy

Ivy is a somatic practitioner, intimacy coach, and the creator of Land & Sync. Her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and background in massage therapy are complemented by professional certifications in Somatic Sexology, as well as advanced training in Somatic Experiencing and Relational Somatic Healing.
 

Ivy has spent years working professionally with individuals and couples at the intersection of trauma integration, relational dynamics, and sensual embodiment. The modality she has created is the synthesis of over fifteen years of study across three distinct realms: somatic awareness, intimacy education, and foundational bodywork. 

The seeds of this unique modality were planted early in Ivy's study of Eastern bodywork, where she learned a foundational truth: healing is a shared resonance, not an act of physical martyrdom.

Today, through Land & Sync, Ivy translates this philosophy into tangible practice. She provides a grounded, compassionate framework for individuals and couples to navigate their internal landscapes, articulate their boundaries, and rediscover their capacity for connection. Her work is an invitation to slow down, trust the body's wisdom, and reclaim capacity for pleasure and presence.
